  • NEW VILLAGE SIGN FOR SHOULDHAM

The new village sign has been erected on the site of the old one. Thanks to all those involved, particularly Elizabeth Fitzgerald-Carter for her art work, Jonathan Horton for the engineering of the sign post and frame and Sam Jones for constructing the concrete base.

The old sign was erected in the year of the Queen’s Silver Jubilee in 1977 and constructed of wood with a flint base which had deteriorated over the years.
