In support of the BCKLWN Mayors charities, West Norfolk Mind and Riding for the Disabled, sponsored by Hayes & Storr Solicitors:

a 5km run or walk (with an option of 10km run) across beautiful countryside.

Starting from Shouldham Village Green at 10.30 am with registration from 9.30 a.m. £5 to enter.

Dogs on leads welcome.
