For ease the AOS E and SIL02 aspects have been extracted, it is a long read but I recommend you familiarise yourself with it in detail ahead of the County Council Meeting on 5 Aug when it is likely this will be approved for public consultation with a 6 week window. CATSS will be assisting in advising with possible grounds of Objection for you to consider.
