Forestry England are looking at a September start to get half of the planned forestry operations completed this calendar year – map attached.  The plan is to work the sites to the south of the drain that intersects Shouldham Warren this year and complete the works to the north alongside other operations in The Sincks next summer.

We will not need to close the PROW or car park for this section of the works so whilst we will be prohibiting access to the south west corner of Shouldham Warren the vast majority of the woodland will remain open for public access.

I will be also be speaking to out timber customers and hauliers in the coming weeks to discuss minimising lorry traffic at key times – school opening/closing etc… and will keep you informed.
